Welcome to HomerVacationRentals

Our Garden Timber home is a stunning waterfront property on the bluff overlooking Kachemak Bay. Conveniently located to the best of Homer. Enjoy unobstructed waterfront panoramic views of the bay, mountains, and spit. This beautiful timber-frame home provides the perfect environment to enjoy a romantic vacation or family adventure. Amenities include outdoor seating, gas grill, internet, and smartTV.

On the First floor you will enjoy the open concept living/dining/kitchen space as well as a full bathroom. The main bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a queen bed. There is also laundry facility that includes a full size washer and dryer for guest usage. Doors from the kitchen open to a sunroom with additional living space and a dining table. A gas grill is located next to the sunroom.

The Second floor of the home is an open loft that overlooks the bay. The loft space includes two twin with a dresser and seating.
