Excellent Location & communication!

Wonderful stay at this property, just the right size. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Owner has prompt response time, very accommodating and very clear with check in and check out instructions. Close to excellent restaurants and quaint shops.

Lovely Getaway!

My husband I stayed here with our little 6 month old to visit family and we absolutely loved it! It’s very nice and cozy inside with just enough space! Bedroom is huge! We would definitely stay here again!

Super cute getaway!

Great rental! Tastefully decorated with generous amounts of amenities! We really appreciated the comfortable king size bed and large bedroom! Great location across from a park on a quiet street and walking distance from shopping, bars and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. It is close to a lot of wineries, distilleries, parks. The town is great. They have a variety of restaurants and shops.

Consistently AMAZING!

We love staying here and we choose this place every time we travel to Kentucky. It’s perfectly situated near plenty of attractions. Georgetown could not be a cuter town or have more wonderful people. We are so grateful for such a BEAUTIFUL and well manicured place to hang our hats for a few days!

Awesome Bourbon Getaway

This place is really nicely done and in the perfect location, not just for walking Georgetown, but proximity to Keeneland, Frankfort and Lexington. Right next door to Local Feed, the best restaurant in town. Comfortable bed, awesome shower, great kitchen with lots of useful appliances. Great place to return to after exploring the area. We really enjoyed staying here and we can’t wait to return!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property is perfectly placed in Georgetown, within walking distance to several restaurants/bars. It was very clean and modern with all the finishing touches. Perfect space for a couple. I would DEFINITELY book again, no question!

Great Stay

This cozy property was clean and well furnished. Check-in and check-out procedures were simple and straightforward. It is located in downtown Georgetown just off the main drag. The Local Feed restaurant is next door and is a great place for a meal or drinks. There is a quaint public park across the street from the property with a log cabin and shelter house. This park contained a few people that appeared to be homeless but they kept to themselves. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would certainly go back.

Short term getaway

It was just the two of us during this stay and this place fit the bill perfectly. Great job of modernizing an older building and still keeping the character. Cool places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of distilleries, wineries, shopping and eating within a short drive. John was great to communicate with and really helped us out with a slight emergency at the end of our trip. Hope to return sometime.

A pleasant surprise!

Honestly, the pictures do not do this property complete justice. It is bigger than we expected based off of the pictures. The location was great for us...an easy walk to Main Street to enjoy the shops and restaurants. We needed to stay Friday and Saturday night in the Lexington area for our college daughter's soccer game and were bummed that this location was only available for our first night in town. I did message the owner if we could stay parked in the lot past our check out time as we were planning on spending time on Main Street. He was quick to respond and give us permission. Great price and great location for our quick weekend getaway!

Great Space and Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was easy. Great location in a super cute town. Don't miss Fava's diner and Local Feed. Close to Lexington and the horse park and lots of bourbon places.

Home Away from Home

The place was great. Very clean and the communication with the owner was great. There were a couple of homeless guys in the park across the street but they didn't bother us. We love to sit outside so we brought the chairs from behind the place and greeted the people going the the restaurant down the block. The proximity to downtown was awesome. Thanks again.

Such a charming spot! Clean, and had everything we needed! Right next door to a great local restaurant. Host was easy to work with, friendly and super responsive. Already looking forward to our next visit!
