We call this townhome "Denim". It's one block from University Drive, walking distance to "restaurant row", and a short 2 miles to Texas A&M. Each of its 3 bedrooms has a comfy king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV. With a 65" TV, HULU "live" and oversized seating, the stylish living room is where you will want to hang out. There's even a half bath downstairs. That's 3 and a half baths! Washer/Dryer/Swimming Pool included as well. Oh...and 3 reserved parking spaces+plenty of guest parking

Condos in a prime location on University Drive behind Chipotle, Ulta and the Gateway Station shopping Center. Close to restaurants and Texas A&M University

Moms day at alpha omicron pi

Great location, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their private areas. Easily accessible, clean and management is very easy to communicate with. I will definitely booking the same property management in the future, and I would love to stay at the same location in the future.

Perfect townhouse for 3 couples

Great location, exceptionally clean and decorated so cute and comfortable. All the extras like coffee pods, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry pods, iron, blow dryers, a few basic toiletries were all provided. Very easy check in and check out . Great communication ! Definitely recommend

Christmas visit

Good sized unit for 4 to 6 people,. Clean townhouse in a nice development . All bedrooms upstairs, so if you have mobility issues cconsider this. Would stay again

Excellent Aggie stay! We were here for a few days and loved this home. Will definitely stay here again!The hosts have excellent communication. We stay in lots of vrbos and these host did an exceptional job. They blend the concept of renting a home with staying at a hotel and included some items in case you forgot - shampoo, soap, etc.The home was great with 3 bedrooms each having their own bath. Super helpful with teens spending their day at a football camp!The pool was nice for a quick swim on a hot afternoon. Just remember it is a college town with residents studying poolside.We loved this home. Close to everything we needed!Definitely plan to return.

Softball Tournament

Everything was great except the vents in the bathrooms make a lot of noise and are very old would be nice if they were replaced. The one in the half bath downstairs is unusable makes a horrible noise scared my kiddos first time they turned it on.

I became an Air Force Officer and we raised our 5 kids while moving around the country/world. We settled back in Bryan just over 5 years ago and started as AirBnB Superhosts.
