Great stay, awesome host!

Will stay here when we are back in the area! We had everything we needed & enjoyed the back patio, great being able to relax and hangout while On this trip with friends.

It felt like visiting family

The house was cozy and felt like home, the backyard was perfect for relaxing and hanging out with my family. The owner was very sweet and communicated with us. The location was PERFECT - so close to A&M, an HEB, and restaurants.

Lovely house with all the amenities you could ask for. Beautiful back yard and deck. Ceiling fans and AC kept the place cool. Was our first VRBO stay in a fully lived in house, which was unexpected, but worked out fine.

Bryan Football Weekend

The decor of the property is a bit dated; however, it was clean and comfortable. The backyard is outstanding! Whoever takes care of the plants has a green thumb.

The back yard to this home is amazing! However the inside is not as cozy. If you’re looking for a comfortable living room and rest this isn’t it. But If you love a back porch to read and then active during the day this is a fit.

I chose this property for the backyard/deck and honestly, the pictures just did not do it justice! It was awesome!We did have a bit of difficulty with the oven heating and it was smaller than I anticipated. The communal areas were also a bit warm, but it was more comfortable in the bed rooms.The neighborhood was quiet and it was an overall great experience!

If you want a quiet, serene, comfy place to sleep after a long day of whatever you’re in Bryan for, look no further. Neighborhood is super chill, all conveniences are within a mile, and the backyard is gorgeous!! Just book it, you won’t regret it.
