The cottage was perfect for my family of 4. It was close to fishing and neighboring towns that we visited. Very clean and cozy. I would have liked to have A/C units in all bedrooms. Overall.. nice stay.

This was such a beautiful property! Nestled in a true Cape Cod neighborhood, it was central to everything we wanted to do. Patty was so incredibly sweet and helped us during our stay. This cottage is even cuter in person; it’s very well laid out and comfortable. Even with 4 adults we didn’t feel on top of each other. The sunrise alone is worth it thanks Patty and Joe!

Perfect cape home

Me and my family have been staying in the cape for over 30 years and this was one of the best homes we have stayed at location wise and utility wise. Waking up and watching the water. And the sunsets at night were incredible. There were no TVs which allowed us to unplug and enjoy our stay. I will absolutely recommend
