Our property is located in a private, securely gated community and consists of two units. The one available for your stay is conveniently located on the ground floor. Inside, you'll find two cozy bedrooms -a Master Bedroom with a King size bed and a second room with a comfortable queen bed.
The living room is spacious and perfect for relaxing, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Don't forget to capture the fantastic Marina and Ocean views from the Foyer-it's instagram-worthy! And of course, we've got you covered with a well-maintained, stocked bathroom. There is also a furnished patio, where you can sit and relax, enjoying the view.
Parking won't be a problem, as we have a reserved area just for our guests, so you can easily access the unit. Simply grab the key from the lock box at the front door, and you're all set. The entire space is completely private, so you can relax and enjoy your time without any disturbances.

Originally from PR, lived many years in Fl, returned 2 years ago to the East Coast of the Island. Love to drink wine in the evenings while enjoying the beautiful Ocean and Marina View. I also enjoy early runs in the morning at the different local beaches next to the property. If interested in any races, during your stay, I can research and provide you with information prior your stay.
