✦ Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): Situated on the second level with delightful views of the pool and backyard, this room offers a comfortable queen bed, a Smart TV, and a built-in closet system. It also boasts an attached full bathroom with a skylight, filling the space with natural light.

✦ Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 3): Perfect for small families or friends sharing, this second-level bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a full dresser and built-in closet system. A full, detached bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

✦ Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 2): A fun and functional space on the second level, equipped with twin bunk beds, two small built-in workspaces, a full dresser, and a built-in closet system.

✦ Bedroom 5 / Office (Sleeps 1): Located on the first level, this versatile space offers a spacious L-shaped desk with a large 23.5” monitor (simply plug in your laptop!). A full library wall adds character, and the comfortable accent chair easily folds down into a twin-sized sleeper with provided bedding and pillows.

✦ Living Room 2 (Sleeps 2): Located on the second level, this additional living space features a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa with bedding and pillows. Adjacent to this area, you'll find a cabinet stocked with a variety of board games for all ages, ensuring hours of family fun.

✦ Laundry Room: A new washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first level, along with essential laundry supplies.

✦ Fun & Fitness: Head to the gym/recreation room adjacent to the pool! This unfinished space offers a foosball table, mini-fridge, 50” Smart TV, treadmill, and weight bench with dumbbell weights.

✦ Front Yard Fun: The front of the home welcomes you with a golf putting green, a 4-person patio table with an umbrella, and conversation seating with benches.



Resort-Style Backyard with a Pool & Hot Tub!💦

✦ Hot Tub: The use and heating of the hot tub is always included in the price of your stay.

✦ Pool Heating: There is a fee per day for pool heating and it is required for the entire duration of your stay. Please note the pool can only be heated up to 85 degrees. The pool and jacuzzi are not available for guest use during quiet hours (9pm-8am):

- September through May: $125/day

- June through August: $50/day

The home is accessed through a traditional lock and key. The code for the lockbox and all relevant details for your arrival will be provided through the booking platform on the morning of check-in.

There is a two car garage, an ample two-car driveway as well as plenty of free street parking throughout the neighborhood.

The home comes with a garage, that can fit two cars depending on the size. There are also two parking spaces in the driveway and you're also welcome to park on the street in front of the home.
