The Space:

Bedrooms: Our cozy, beach-themed home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people across three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom has a plush queen bed. The third bedroom, perfect for kids or friends, has two full-sized beds. Each room is equipped with a TV for your entertainment and relaxation needs!



Bathrooms: The spacious master bathroom, attached to the main bedroom, comes with a modern standing shower. The guest bathroom, conveniently located between the kitchen and bedrooms, has a relaxing tub perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach.



Kitchen: Our full-size kitchen comes with sleek stainless-steel appliances and all the utensils you'd need to whip up a special meal. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or a family dinner, our kitchen has got you covered.



Living Room: The living room, with a comfy sofa and two love seats arranged around a TV, is the perfect spot for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.



Backyard: Step into our tropical backyard and experience a little piece of Caribbean paradise. With a refreshing pool, a BBQ grill, and an atmospheric fire pit, this space is designed for fun and relaxation. Enjoy a cool drink at the Tiki bar, fitted with stylish wooden bar chairs, or have an outdoor meal at the patio dining area. We also offer pool floats and games for added fun. Please note, while we regularly conduct pest control, you might spot the occasional lizard or bug – they’re part of our tropical charm!



Parking: Parking is hassle-free with room for up to two cars in the driveway and one additional spot in front of the house. Please be considerate and avoid parking in front of the neighbors' house.



Tech Amenities: Stay connected with our high-speed internet and enjoy your favorite streaming services on our smart TVs. For a smooth and easy check-in experience, we use a keypad lock and provide each guest with a unique code.



Extras: Apart from the standard amenities, we provide BBQ utensils and a variety of games – both for the pool and patio – ensuring there's never a dull moment at our home.



Guest Access:

We're thrilled to have you stay with us! You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, so feel free to make yourself at home. The only thing we ask is that you please avoid using the patio shed.



To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a self-check-in code when you arrive. We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Getting Around:

Navigating the local scene from our home is a breeze. With easy access to major roads and highways, including proximity to the I-275 and US-19, you're seamlessly connected to the best of Seminole and beyond. Explore the Gulf Coast beaches just a short drive away or venture into the heart of the city for urban adventures. Convenient local transportation options and nearby bus stops make getting around stress-free, ensuring you can effortlessly discover all the gems this area has to offer from your centrally located home base.



Other Things to Note:

Heated Pool:

Enjoy a relaxing swim year-round, pool heat is included in your stay at no extra charge! The system is programmed to maintain around 80°F, though the final water temperature depends on outdoor weather and air temperature. Heat pumps can typically warm the pool up to 10–20°F above the current air temperature, so on cooler days, it may not reach the full set temperature. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions or heater performance.



Please note that pool maintenance is handled by external contractors and takes place every Tuesday and Friday. You may see maintenance personnel during your stay, but the exact timing may vary. Thank you for your understanding!



There's no need to take the garbage bins to the curb. We offer valet trash service, and our team will ensure the bins are taken out every Sunday and Wednesday night.



Pet Policy:

We welcome up to 3 pets per stay 🐾 for an additional fee. Please include your pets in your booking request so we can prepare accordingly.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:

Guests can now request early check-in or late check-out directly through our guest portal. Both options are subject to availability and confirmed the day before your arrival or departure.



The house is conveniently located close to many major attractions and airports.



Beaches: Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach, and Treasure Island are 15 minutes away, while St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach are just 20 minutes away. Honey Moon Island is about a 35-minute drive away; you can also take the Caladesi Island Ferry, which is also a 35-minute drive from the house.



Airports: Tampa International Airport is 25 minutes away, and the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport is just 15 minutes away.



Downtown areas: Downtown St. Pete is a 20-minute drive from the house.



Shopping options include Publix Super Market, located 5 minutes away, and the Bardmoor Promenade shopping center, also 5 minutes away, where you can find a variety of stores, such as Starbucks, Panera Bread, Applebee's, and Chase Bank.



Activities: Boca Ciega Millennium Park is a 10-minute drive, War Veterans Memorial Park is 15 minutes away, and Tropicana Field is a 20-minute drive.
