Rare corner Beach Cottages condo offering spectacular panoramic Gulf views and not one, but two private balconies. Located directly on the beach in Indian Shores, this well-maintained community delivers the ultimate coastal getaway with unforgettable cotton-candy sunsets right off your private balcony. Enjoy private beach access just steps away or relax on the expansive pool deck featuring a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and gas grills. An on-site elevator makes bringing beach gear easy and convenient. In the evening, unwind on either balcony and take in the soft Gulf breeze and ocean views.

Primary bedroom features a king mattress, TV, ensuite bathroom, and private sliding door access to the balcony. Second bedroom includes a queen mattress, twin bunk bed, and TV. Hall bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. The spacious living area includes coastal furnishings, leather sofas, a formal dining table for six, and additional kitchen dining for four, with sliding doors to a patio offering full ocean views. The fully stocked kitchen includes an in-unit washer and dryer and opens to a second patio with partial ocean views and views of the Florida Bird Sanctuary.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 3 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use

July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.

We have stayed at the Beach Cottages several times. Everything about this condo was perfect! Had everything you would want for a great vacation experience. We would definitely stay in this condo in the future.

Great place with bonus views

It was a great stay with family the view from both balconies was fantastic. Location to stores was great. The pool, hot tub and grills were great for our stay. The only thing I wish was they had more than 1 large pan and 1 small pan to cook in other then that it was a great trip!

Love the view

This condo is beautiful. The view of the ocean out 2 sliders and the bird sanctuary out the third. Listen to the ocean all night in the master bedroom or from the living room. The condo is clean and beautiful. The beds were so comfy. About 2 miles to John's pass. But kinda at the end of the main strip but still plenty of eatery's and places to go close by.

The beach cottage, 1307

My wife and I had a fabulous vacation using this condo. The view over the beach and ocean was wonderful and we really enjoyed watching the birds in the seaside bird sanctuary which is next-door so we got two benefits. The owners have really done a great work with this condo in renovating and keeping it up-to-date. It was also very well equipped and very comfortable. We look forward to staying in this condo again next year for our winter vacation. We really did not want to leave.
