Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great for families, great value. beach is the best, especially in the evening at sundown. such a festive mood at that time. would be good to have updated utensils, etc in the units.... staff on site helpful for sure.

Great location and facilities

Loved our villa. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Loved being within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and most importantly the beautiful beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this villa for Xmas holiday (8 days) for family of 5 (3 kids). When I booked it the rental could fit 6 people (booked in spring 2021). But when we showed up we realized the sofa bed in living room was now just a regular sofa. I also noticed that this rental on website now said it only fit 4 people. We made it work since it was holiday week and nothing else was going to be available. The place was clean and otherwise as described. The cleaner left no dishwasher tabs and very tiny amount of bar soap for 5 people for 8 days. I found a maint person the next day because the office was closed for Xmas day and he quickly got us what we needed. Rest of trip was great. Plenty of chairs at beach to use and easy walk to beach. We also walked to nearby restaurants for dinner and did the trolley to get to siesta key town 1 night. Would stay here again (just at a villa that fit 6 people).

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed in how we were greeted. While I understand that Covid protocols need to be in place, cracking the door to the office, asking what villa we rented but not asking for ID or giving any information on the property, or the area was very disappointing. Same treatment when we checked out, cracked office door, accepted the keys to the villa, did not ask about our stay or anything. Would never recommend. Additionally, the villa seemed dirty, our feet turned black from walking on the floors. We were provided only one extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Again, would never recommend.
