Clean rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. Lot of kitchen appliances and utensils. Quiet and family neighborhood. Pool is very nice and warm. Outdoor seating area is very nice. Double washers and dryers are very nice.

pool most enjoyable although a 4 bedroom layout of home would not it make pet friendly, although we did not have a pet with us so only a guess clean great location beautiful furnishings no laundry detergent at house nor baggies, a tiny bit if cling rap don't mind buying and did, but a little bit should be present decent clear communication with host, mostly timely fans in only 1 of 3 bathrooms outdoors area there are very nice places to sit, and covered seating pool has waterfall, plenty big

Home is very clean and the outdoor area is very nice to relax. The host was kind. There is no flexibility when it comes to anyone visiting you at the home. I understand the concern with young adults renting these days but we a family and didn't let my 73 year old in law in the home because we wanted to respect the rules - it's just hard when you are visiting family and they want to swing by to see the grandkids and cousin. Again, no complaints about the house itself.
