Welcome to our charming retreat located in the heart of the art district. An area known for its vibrant street art, lively bars, diverse restaurant scenes and the central park. A high-rise condo with the largest art mural in the Caribbean and this upper-level apartment has an amazing view of San Juan Bay, the city and the ocean at a distance. Scooter stations at the building, to transport to the T-Mobile's convention center district, Miramar, Condado, Old San Juan and beaches within minutes.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout is at 11 a.m. Please when leaving shut off the ac and close the windows. Put the used towels in the laundry area. The garbage should be dumped in the container on the parking entrance.
The key should go back to the lockbox and make sure the lockbox is properly closed, move the numbers no to leave the code exposed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
