About this property
Fun House in SOCO - Austin Original - Pet Friendly, Huge Primary Bed/Bath!
Owned by real Austinites! On the same block as the most famous SOCO restaurants (Guero's, Homeslice, Perla's, Hop Doddy) and the best shopping.
You can hear SOCO street music and smell the restaurants cooking from the house!
The sun filled space is eclectic with vintage, antique, cool and weird furnishings. Don't expect a hotel where everything is monotone and perfectly matching. Do expect to let your hair down, be comfortable, have fun and enjoy being a part of Austin!
Walk, Run, Shop, Eat.
House is very comfortable and is easy to live in. Great space for experiencing the best of Austin because you can just walk everywhere. Even if you don't leave the house you can smell the awesome food from South Congress kitchens, hear the buzz of visitors and hear music from street musicians and the Oak Garden.
Austin is a very pet friendly city (largest No Kill City in the US) and we love pets! We even made our yard safe for dogs when we were fostering for Austin Pets Alive!.

Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Damon
We are both long time Austinites and veterinarians. We love Austin so much and moved out to the country so we can have a little more room. We love our downtown home and are excited to share it with you.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is close to everything. I hate walking for food (love walking for exercise) and so we got the closest house we could to restaurants!
What makes this property unique
It is one of the closest houses to the SOCO hubbub. It is made for privacy in the middle of all of that. It is in the trees and is spacious and comfortable.
