Relax with the family and friends at this peaceful and fun home. This uniquely situated water front property offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the back veranda or enjoy an evening making memories around the firepit roasting smores.
The space
The house has been recently renovated with all new furnishings. The beds have new mattresses, either hybrid or memory foam, all with either 1800 count Egyptian cotton or Cozy Earth Bamboo in the master. The family rooms have new electric reclining sectional with lots of cozy blankets to snuggle up with.

The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeps 8 comfortably with two large family rooms, each with big screen TVs, 85" and 75". The ice house features 2 sets of full size bunks, 1/2 bath, an 85' TV, air hockey, ping pong and foosball. There are plenty of games for everyone: cornhole, yard dice, yard pong, large size Jenga, connect four, yahtzee, scrabble, monopoly and Uno.

There is a Keurig coffee maker, kcup, with a selection of coffee. There is also a gas grill on the patio to bar b q your favorite meats and vegetables. The house is furnished with dishes, glassware and utensils for your dining experience.

The house is on a septic system, no disposal and only toilet paper in the toilets.
