Located on the west side of Cross Lake. Just 30 minutes from Syracuse, Baldwinsville, Skaneateles, or Auburn. Sleeps 6 plus a pull out sofa in sunroom. Fully furnished, including linens, coffee pot, toaster, air fryer and Weber grill. Enjoy 100 feet of lakefront with approximate 50 ft dock. Kayaks, multiple yard games, large fire pit, and hot tub. Large covered deck overlooking the lake and fully enclosed sunroom. Perfect for families or just a peaceful getaway. Enjoy lake swimming off the dock with floats available for your use, great fishing, lakefront bon fires, and spectacular sunrises. No events and no pets please.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels and wash clothes in the basket provided in the bathroom.

All garbage placed in the outside garbage can. All recyclables rinsed and placed in the bin
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time between 10PM and 8AM
Jet skis and boat ARE NOT included in rental.
NO boats or watercraft of any kind are to be moored or tied to the dock for ANY reason or ANY length of time.
