Martha’s Vineyard 7 Bedroom Vintage Home! 15 min walk to beaches and Oak Bluffs!

Fantastic home available from May to October. Seven Bedrooms, one den with pull out couch, two bathrooms and a dreamy outdoor shower. Walk or bike to town for dinner, drinks, ice cream and music. Walk to Jetty Beach (8 minute walk), Circuit Ave (15 min walk) or Inkwell (20 minute walk). Great kitchen with new appliances, breakfast table, couch and wonderful wood burning stove for shoulder seasons. Private, grassy yard and opposite the old Baptist Temple (now gone) Park, full of trees and paths. Classic East Chop home with the quiet of the neighborhood right next to the fun of all the town of Oak Bluffs has to offer. Busses run the island with a stop five minutes away next to Our Market (Groceries and Liquor) on the edge of the harbor. Perfect for a family reunion or cozy get away!

PS. Several pictures of Oak Bluffs included in photos… VRBO labeled incorrectly as “Golf”, or “View from House” incorrectly. They are the just around the corner local restaurants and nearby Oak Bluffs Ocean park.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please throw out any opened food. If you’d like to leave behind UNOPENED groceries, please leave them on the kitchen table and I’ll bring to our local food pantry. Thank you!
Please put all used sheets in laundry bag left in each room. This helps up sort through the different sizes and keep the system moving forward. Pile all used towels in front of washer. Thank you!
Please put all garbage in cans. RECYLING MUST BE LOOSE ITEMS. If recycling items are in garbage bags they WILL NOT PICK UP. Pick up for recycling is every other week. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Neighborhood: Quiet House after 11PM
If you’d like to use the Wood Burning Stove, give me a ring and I’ll walk you through it. Bundles of wood available for purchase at local stores!
