We are Torontonian snowbirds who love visiting the area to spend time with our one and only grandchild, who lives in the area. We currently live in Toronto but my son, daughter-in-law and most importantly one and only grandson live in Van Nuys. We use this property as our own when we're visiting so you can rest assured that it truly is a home away from home!

The proximity can't be beat in terms of local restaurants, shopping and easy highway access. The community is also gated and very quiet!
