Enjoy this incredible view of the bay and the capital from the living area in this 2-bedroom lake house, which is fully furnished and includes all utilities. It is perfect for a traveling professional seeking convenience and access to Monona Bay. The kitchen was just remodeled. Walk to SSM St. Mary’s Hospital in 5 minutes or to Unity Point Health - Meriter Hospital in 15 minutes. Kayak and rowboat available for tenants on the pier right across from the house. New deck in the entire front of the house with patio furniture and a gas grill. The city of Madison requires a minimum stay of 30 days.
