Pemberley - Luxury Peak 9 Ski In/Out w/ 2 Master Suites + 2 Bedrooms - Hot Tub

Thank you for your comments. We work hard to make each and every guest feel welcome and to enjoy their stay in Breckenridge. This has been a difficult year due to the lack of snowfall. Ski in and out from our home is based on Peak 9 trails (Lower Lehman) and Peak 10 trails (Flapjack) being open to skiers. In every year since we purchased our home, these trails have been available by Christmas week. As of today, neither trail is open due to the historic lack of snowfall. This affects our guests' experience and we regret very much that this option was unavailable. We hope that the free shuttle allowed you and your party access to the Peak 9 lefts without having to drive to the gondola lot in town. The shuttle provides guests with convenience and flexibility during their stay. Regards, Sydney

Thank you for your review. We try to make all of our guests' time in Breckenridge special. The Burro trail is a great option for intermediate skiers and above. For others, we recommend the free shuttle that picks you up at the end of the street and drops off at the base of Peak 9 lifts.

Thank you for your comments. The free shuttle stops at the end of the street and runs every 15 to 20 minutes. It's a short walk - around 300 yards to the stop. Others may wish to ski in and out using the Burro trail, also 300 yards from the front door.

Thank you for your review. We are happy that your stay was enjoyable. We work hard to make every guest's experience a positive one and appreciate your feedback. Our driveway is promptly plowed after each snow event. This week was especially challenging, with over a foot of snow arriving in a short period. We appreciate your comments and will address with the plow service. Sydney

Thank you for your comments. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in our home. We have contacted the snow removal folks and asked them to clear the driveway and front steps of any built-up snow or ice. We ask our guests to enter the home through the garage and avoid the front stairs, especially when we have received a great deal of snow, which has been the case during the previous three weeks.

Thank you for your review. We're thrilled that you enjoyed your stay with us. Ski in and out is recommended for experienced, intermediate skiers. Beginners and children typically use the free shuttle that stops at the end of the street and runs every fifteen minutes. You may also use the Gondola parking lot in town. Sydney

Thank you for your review. We are happy that you enjoyed your time in Breckenridge. The ice maker has been very reliable and has been repaired this week. Thanks for pointing this out. Sydney

Thank you for your comments. All of the beds were upgraded last year, but will check with the property manager to make sure that they are in good condition. Ski in and out is for experienced, intermediate skiers and provides the opportunity to skip the gondola parking lot. Others may use the free shuttle that runs every fifteen minutes and stops at the end of the street. All of the runs on Peak 10 are now open, so ski in should be available, including Cimarron and Mustang.

Thank you for your comments. Ski in and out is for experienced, intermediate skiers using the Burro Trail. Others may choose the free shuttle that stops at the end of the street or the gondola. Our neighbors use this path when they ski and prefer it over the gondola since they do not need their cars. Sydney

Thank you for your review. Our hot tub service provider responded within a couple of hours when notified that a breaker had tripped and was able to have the tub up and running despite a blanket of fresh snow. Ski in and out is via the Burro trail, about 300 yards from the front door. This is suitable for experienced, moderate level skiers. Others may choose the free shuttle that stops every 15 minutes at the end of the street.
