Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was very clean, up-to-date in all capacities. The Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items to cook while staying. Check in process and check out process was easy. Ski out was very convenient, Ski in, not so much. The Snowflake trail to get to the home requires significant poling but if you don't mind a workout before lunch and end of day, the location related to lift and town is outstanding. Beds were all comfortable, nothing is worse than having terrible mattresses at a rental and it was nice not having that problem here. We would stay again but will likely do a bit a research for next year to find an easier ski-in location to match the ease of ski out of this home.

House was very nice and in a good location. It was a great ski out, but was not very easy to ski in. There was alot of poling and we were exhausted by the time we got there. Other than that, the Host was very quick to respond and the house had everything we needed!

The accommodations were great for our group. Unfortunately, the “ski-in” is actually a very long flat area. A long area to pole through, boarders need to take off board and walk. It was so difficult to ski-in that we either cut our days short or had to eat lunch on mountain. Definitely can’t ski-in more than once a day. It’s a beating! Very disappointed with that. Also, the kitchen cabinet literally fell off when I opened it. Luckily, I caught it before it hit me on the head. I gave 4 stars because it is a well-stocked home. And they were responsive to my questions. Will not be able to return because of the ski-in situation.

As with many ski access properties in Breckenridge, there is a flat section at the end that can require a bit of poling for skiers or a short walk for snowboarders depending on conditions. This was a great house for our family's late summer vacation. Everything was clean, well equipped. Check-in was simple having a garage code and keys inside. We have plenty of space in common areas and privacy when we needed it (3 teens). I would happily stay here again next time we visit Breck.

We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy townhouse in Breckenridge! The location was perfect—just minutes from the slopes/trails and downtown, but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a comfy fireplace for relaxing after a day of adventure. Waking up to mountain views and ending the day in the hot tub was pure bliss. Can’t wait to come back!

It was the perfect spot for our family of four and two friends. Once we got there the only time we left was to ski. We loved the ski in and ski out location and the sitting in the hot tub while watching the skiers. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoyed every minute.

Fantastic Experience

My wife and I had such a wonderful time here. Not a single restaurant we went to all week was more than a 5 minute drive. Plus being able to clip into skis and be on the lift was perfect. The trail to get back to the unit can be a bit slow but we came back each day for lunch and were able to get right back on the slopes. Management is quick to respond and very helpful. Will absolutely look to stay again in the future.
