Property was as described and perfect for salmon fishing. There were recent upgrades with nice showers. Property was extremely clean and well supplied. Fireplace outside was nice. Easy access and very helpful clear instructions.
We booked the property to stay in while visiting family for the holiday. Quiet and safe location, only a short walk from Lake Ontario. Pros: large bedrooms, clean bathrooms, great WiFi and good value for your money. Host is a great communicator. Be aware this is a pet friendly property, not allergy friendly.
The interior was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating, and we enjoyed the use of the Blackstone grill. The area was quiet with ample parking for multiple vehicles. However, the interior and exterior of the property were not in the best of shape. Some doors didn't latch, shower handles would come off in your hand, and the hand towel holder fell off the wall numerous times. All things easily dealt with by us, but surely not for every one. Overall a good experience based on mostly sleeping there during a fishing trip.
It’s a lovely spot for a family fishing trip. My father has recently taken to salmon fishing on the river, so I’ve started a tradition of taking him and mom to the salmon river every year. We didn’t catch a darn thing, but we had an incredible time in the failure. We walked all around by the river, stopped at some local restaurants, went apple and pumpkin picking, met the kindest locals, and had a lovely fire. It’s a place for memories.
The house and property were decent for the price. Nothing fancy, but we werent looking for fancy. Beds were comfortable, showers were good with plenty of water pressure. The fire pit with a grill attachment and the Blackstone griddle were nice additions. Grill tools would have been nice.
Note: The wifi was good, but no cable for the TV. No remote for the TV either. It is a smart TV, so we were able to stream our Phillies games and a movie. We also downloaded a TV remote app to make everything work.

Hi Kevin, thanks for the review. Im not sure what happened to the tv remote, but there should have been one there. Maybe in a pocket of the chairs. And we do have a full drawer of grill tools in the kitchen drawers. Sorry these were not both found for your stay.

After not being able to find it - due to complicated route that the GPS couldn't find - it was a disappointment. The picture looks so cute, but the place was covered with yard waste. I thought long and hard about leaving a review because I didn't want to put a bad spin on it. The inside was "straightened" but once you actually looked - quite dirty. We left a day early because we both got sick - I think from the state of the air inside the trailer. Too bad because Justine seemed like a really nice guy and was helpful when we couldn't find the place.
