Leave all your worries at home! Enjoy world class sunsets, Lake Ontario fishing, swimming, boating, private tennis pickleball and basketball court, horsehoe pit, firepit, golf courses, go-kart racing, mini-golf, flea markets, historic Sacketts Harbor, restaurants, biking, and more.

3 bedrooms downstairs with large loft area upstairs with 5 twin beds. Roku TV upstairs and down. Video game hook ups on both TV's. Free Wi-Fi. One full bath on main floor. Two additional showers and 2 toilets downstairs, with outside entrance. Coin operated washer/dryer downstairs. All bed and bath linens provided. Outside patio with patio furniture and gas grill provided.

Basement now also has 2 additional showers and 2 additional toilets and coin operated laundry. Outside entrance for those.

We are now on public water!!
There are also 2 additional smaller houses on property. Inquire for details.

I grew up in Pulaski and absolutely love this area. I was a middle school teacher for 30 years in Mexico, NY and retired in 2020. I manage 5 rental properties full time now and enjoy every minute! I love meeting new people and making my guests feel at home.

Why they chose this property

This house is located across the road from Lake Ontario and has water access rights. My husband and I have lived on the same road about 200 yards away for 40 years. When the opportunity came up to buy this property in 2007, we did!

What makes this property unique

You will love this house! Take your morning walk around South Sandy Pond, drink your coffee while the sun is coming up, play tennis whenever you wish, play basketball on the court at your leisure, also fish, fish, fish etc, etc . There is also a playset and sand pile on site for young children to enjoy. This house is located across the street from Lake Ontario, but has Lake access rights about 300 yards away. We are also now on public water.
