First off, the good: property was well-located in town, concept is solid, amenities offered to guests are diverse and unique (hot tub, cowboy pool, common room, hammocks and swing chairs).
Now the not-so-good: Hot tub should be maintained better (seemed to be mud smeared on inside walls),should be a checklist for cleaners to be sure minimum supplies are provided in the units (we had to request dishwasher soap and laundry detergent was out), also more hooks in the unit are needed for hanging towels, gear, etc. Finally, we saw and reported a mouse in our kitchen (we personally set a trap we found under the sink and caught two!), were told they were addressing the problem, but were not provided any type of anti-bacterial cleaner to wipe down counters or other surfaces. Mice carry disease, and if they are a known problem, providing proper cleaning materials should be minimally required by health code.
