The space
Step into the living room featuring a sectional couch and two pull-out loveseats along with a large sectional couch. Continue to the open-concept dining room and renovated kitchen, then explore the large backyard with its grill, outdoor games, and beach gear. Plus, full access to the Cape Cod bike path from the rear stairs.
Upstairs, discover the bathroom and bedrooms, including a queen bed and loveseat pull-out in the master and twin beds in the second.
Off the house, enjoy exclusive access to a brand new entertaining deck, with built in bench, string lights, and outdoor shower.
Guest access
You have exclusive access to the outdoor shower connected to 2212. You have exclusive access to your half of the backyard. Picture from the corner of the property (starting in the middle) to the edge of the property line. Access to the rear stairs leading to the bike path is shared by both properties.

Cockle Cove beach is .9miles away. If you follow main street you will be in downtown Chatham within 5 minutes. In downtown you can access places like The Squire, Chatham Bars Inn, Chatham Breeze (Candy Shop) and various other retail stores and restaurants.
