House was perfect for our party of 3. Cute comfortable place with everything we needed. Short walk to beach- beautiful neighborhood, or drive into town.

Great stay, very clean. It was just what we needed for our Cape Cod visit. Plenty of staples and dishes for a group of four. Appreciated the updated bathroom and kitchen. May need to update the home guide for wifi and type of coffee maker on their website. We loved it!

Lovely home that was more spacious than it appears from the outside! Lovely porch and sunny deck with outdoor shower. Living room has comfy sofa and kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is newly updated too. This home is in a charming neighborhood with a short walk to a nature conservancy and the beach! Would absolutely return. (As a suggestion, it would be convenient to provide creamer for coffee).

Cute, comfy spot; great location

My partner and I had a great stay here with our dog while on the Cape to visit family for Christmas. We loved the proximity to the beach and to the rail trail. The house was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and well equipped for cooking. Would stay here again!

Great cottage for off season trip

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for and was the perfect size for a group of 4 staying in Chatham during the offseason. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reasonable deal on a house close to the beach in beautiful Chatham!

Everything was great, the location was amazing. The only issue we had was that Delmar properties reached out to us the evening before an HVAC cleaning was supposed to take place. We did not anticipate any visitors and would not appreciate any unless there was an emergency so we called their office and let them know that we weren’t up for the inconvenience. At first, they offered us 200 for the inconvenience but we declined that offer and they did not ask again. We couldn’t ask for a better place, we were texted by the cleaners before check-in and check out- we never had to wait for anything and the property was just as it was shown if not better. We rebooked again with Delmar for next year- we weren’t able to get the same home, but we will be close by.

Cozy and comfy

It was cold and wet outside but warm and cozy inside. The house was clean and the furnishings were very Cape cod beachy. The kitchen had what we needed (a tea pot). Loved our stay!

Quiet Neighborhood, Walkable to Beach

Good value for the money. Only drawback, which was minor, is the dehumidifier in the living room has to run frequntly.

This home was very clean when we entered but smaller than picture. Very easy access to Forest Beach and very easy to access anywhere we traveled around the cape. Neighborhood is quiet and dog friendly. We had a couple of issues like water pressure and you needed to run water for a while to get hot water. Freezer condensate flowed into refrigerator getting all items we had wet. There is a dehumidifier that runs constantly which is loud. Some of appliances did not work.

A perfect getaway

I went with a group of friends who wanted some time away from our stressful jobs. We had a wonderful time, walking along the beach, visiting cranberry bogs, and hiking nature trails. We had so much fun that we vowed to do it every year. I’m so grateful that we had such beautiful place to rest.

Cute house

Only issue we had was the stairs. My Mom is elderly and it was difficult for her to get in. Railings recommended. Otherwise our stay was great!

Retreat to the cape

Pretty little home within walking distance of a beach. Loved the yard and porch. Sadly it rained the whole weekend and house was musty smelling right from the start. Overall it was a comfortable place. Would recommend a few things be kept (matches, coffee, teas) in kitchen for ease of use.

Great

This place is super cute and perfect for a stay in Chatham. Close for the beach. A 9 min drive to town. Check in was extremely easy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We did have a little technical issue with the Wi-Fi, which took a couple days to fix but the management was very receptive. The man who came to fix it was extremely helpful.

S Chatham Cottage Review

Lovely cottage, great location but the place could have been better a little better equipped and we found the appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave) difficult to use. We could really have used detailed instructions to make the appliances work, which weren't provided. We got the appliances to work only after a lot of experimentation. We had to replug the microwave in multiple times to make it work. The washer was really hard to figure out. It would be nice if cooking oil was provided. Overall, great stay and cottage.

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, easy check- in, dog friendly. Location was fantastic with a quick walk to one of chatham's beaches and a great little neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted to do so our travel time was short for every adventure. Would definitely recommend.

The home was perfect! The location couldn’t be beat. We stayed here to be close to family and it was not your typical rental. Everything was clean and cozy. Would highly recommend, especially if being close to the beach is a necessity. Quick walk and you’re there!
