Direct bayfront condo in the popular Bay Princess building with beautiful views and sunsets. The large, open living area features the living room with sleep-sofa, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and a work-space. There is a large balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax and enjoy the tranquil setting. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, full-bed and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. This condo has been extensively renovated and is very nicely appointed. Building amenities include an outdoor pool, outdoor shower, onsite parking and multiple elevators. The building is within a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage.

Great Location & Accomodations!

This was the perfect location for our family of 4! We appreciated being away from the busy strip, yet, being 2 blocks from the beach. The 2 bedrooms and 3 beds were perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the view of the bay, the bright living room/kitchen, and the large balcony! It was also nice to be within walking distance to coffee, pizza, souvenirs and more!

It was nice and clean. Great view from the balcony and waking distance to the beach where the kids can walk back if they don’t want to stay. We enjoyed the place. One thing, one of the mattress (queen size) was not comfortable at all.
