Our CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL Condo is in a PRIME location and ONLY 50 STEPS to the Beach!!! A wonderful unit for FAMILIES to vacation every year! NO streets to cross and NO beach tags required. Upgrades each year plus so many amenities provided throughout our condo to all of our guests which you will not see in many other units.

We are happy to provide our guests with complimentary products: paper towels, tissues, trash bags, air fresheners, liquid soaps, napkins, starter set of toiletries, salt/ pepper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and so much more that other condo's do not offer. PLUS we provide 4 -6 New Beach chairs with 1-2 Beach Umbrellas for our guests!

*** We also offer a Linen Service which means ALL BEDS ARE MADE PRIOR to your arrival! Owners also provide Bath & hand towels, wash clothes and dish towels for each guest which is another plus and less to pack.***

You will find Unit 202 of the Dellwood on 71st street. It is very convenient and is in WALKING distance to several midtown shops and GREAT restaurants. It also is just a short ride to the exciting boardwalk with miniature golf, amusements and so many more activities. Ocean City, MD also boasts Springfest, Sunfest, Winefest, Oktoberfest, Car Shows, Bike Week, Boat Show, Craft Shows, Concerts and Movies on the Beach and some of the best Golf courses around. Take advantage of the bus transportation which OC, MD offers for only $3 all day long. (Google search - MD Calendar of Events)

During the Summer Season we prefer FULL WEEKS in (JUNE- AUGUST) although we are flexible and will try to accommodate requests.
June - August:

10 am Check OUT. (Email the owner to confirm other dates and time if needed)
***4 hour minimum between rentals but can also be up to 8 hrs. or 1-2 days

Off Season Rentals, please email the owner to confirm any dates.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT - 6 ADULTS in beds plus we provide 2 Pack n Plays and an umbrella stroller for an infant.
(We do NOT have a pull out couch.). Sorry NO Pets Permitted per the CONDO RULES.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the front & back doors are locked. Turn off all lights and ceiling fans.
Empty and take out all trash to the outside containers.
Remove all of your personal belongings as well as any leftover food from the refrigerator.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be considerate of owners or guests in the other 3 Units. Read and Follow the Parking Permit.
Please Do NOT Smoke inside or Toss cigarettes in the front or backyard area. Dispose of them in the sand bucket please.
Please Do NOT Allow Children to RUN down the Hallway. Bldg. is old and shakes throughout. Thank you

This was the perfect place to stay for Oceans Calling. The host was very responsive. The unit was very clean and much bigger than expected. We had no issues with staying here. We would definitely stay here again. It was a quiet street and was close to good restaurants and takeout.

The condo was great and the proximity to the beach was very convenient. The only negative is the parking. The available spots were in an alley and if you parked in one, then you’d be blocked in. We had to play car shuffle a few times. But other than that, we had a great time!

Amazing weekend at the beach
