Our condo is island themed & steps to the beach, less than 1 minute. The pool is right outside your bedroom & can be accessed through a private gate. Includes everything you need for your get-away to paradise: a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs & towels, starter packs for hygiene & laundry, even toddler beds & toys. Ground-floor unit, 2 parking spots, built-in BBQ by the pool. There's no better location or convenience! Walk to Daddy's & Gravity Park. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably & can fit 8.

Great Location
This property is far from new, but it was more than comfortable. The small pool in the backyard provided shelter on the windy days that the beach was not an option. Wish it could have been heated, but I understand all that goes along with that.
Walking distance to just about everything you need. Walking to the beach was so very easy.
Would rent there again.

We are are a family of 5 - mom, dad, and 3 teenagers. And tons of pets, so we are pet friendly. Newly retired teacher, an engineer, a dancer, and two mountain bikers. We all love traveling and have been to 40 countries! Often in AirBnb's / VRBO's.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with SPI for its warms waters, tropical nights, and friendly locals. We were looking for a place where we could walk to restaurants and also make it to the beach without melting in the sun or scourging for parking spots. This is our first VRBO/airbnb.
What makes this property unique
Our condo is on beach access 3. Can't get much closer to the beach, even compared to hotels on the beach (elevators, hallways..). Our condo is ground floor, has a pool outside your bedroom (literally one step), built-in BBQ, beach chairs & towels.
