AFFORDABLE! CUTE! CLEAN .....and comes with WI FI and a GOLF CART!!! THAT'S RIGHT!!! THIS TRAILER WITH ADDITION BEACH COTTAGE IS LOCATED (M-50) IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING...FOUR ROWS OF HOUSES FROM THE STORE..... WALK TO THE BEACH, THE STORE, THE POOLS, THE LAKE, THE SNACK BAR, THE NEW WATER PARK.....

Laminate floors. New Refrigerator, Central Heat & Air, 43" Flatscreen TV in the Den, Golf Car upgrade in 2024, New Washer & Dryer installed 12/2021.

The Master Bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combo and closet. There is a TV with DVD player in the master bedroom also.

The second bedroom has a full size bed. There is a new Flatscreen TV with DVD player in this bedroom. Nice view of the lake in front of the store from the bedroom window. There is another bathroom with a shower located adjacent to the kitchen/dining area.

The den offers a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, chair, and a 43" Flat Screen TV.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS!

**GOLF CART: Must be 21 year old to drive golf car...Observance of Strict Ocean Lakes Rules required. (Charger is plugged in in the PM before departure for a full charge and in the AM the day of departure the charger is put in compartment(small key locks it) below rear golf car seat and sand is washed off in readiness for next guest.

Gate/Car Pass fee required by Ocean Lakes is $15.00/day (O. L. offers $3.00 disc if paid 10 day prior to arrival) per vehicle daily(not included in Rent)....OWNER mails an Annual Leaseholder Express Check-In Request Form upon final payment of rent to obtain your gate/ car pass (Please send your mailing ADDRESS at Booking in order to receive all paperwork needed for your stay).

OCEAN LAKES policies and rules must be observed by Guests.

VRBO provides Owner's and Guest's Telephone Numbers to both parties at BOOKING in order that both the owner and guest may verbally confirm and verify all information regarding rental of the property....

Everything was exactly as described close to the beach walk to water park and store, fishing, but you also have the use of the golf cart that is a plus. Would come back a stay again..

We enjoyed our stay here and the house was great for my family of 4. I would say anymore than that would be too crowded and a tight squeeze to be comfortable. Perfect location right beside the pool, store and ocean. Golf cart was a nice addition. Very clean. Rooms are small but we knew that before booking, just a heads up if you're wanting a spacious area. I would stay here again.

Perfect for an Affordable and Simple Beach Trip

The place is great for a small family vacation. You get what you pay for. Nothing super special or extravagant and we knew that going in. Very old school and simple, but perfect.Dorothy was very accommodating and cares about the quality of your stay. If you are looking for a cookie cutter beach house with all the bells and whistles, this ain’t it. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a simple family beach trip.

Great location! Short walk to pool, market, and beach if you don't want to drive the cart. Right off one of the main roads, so it was pretty quiet too. The owner was super nice and very proactive in ensuring we had the best experience.

Charming! Having the golf cart was FABULOUS!!!

We were a group of 6.....2 children under 10 and 4 adults. Quite a cute cottage. Plenty of room, affordable, clean and great neighbors. Without the golf cart, Im not sure we would have enjoyed our stay as much. The campground is quite large and has tons to do plus you dont have to carry all of your stuff to the beach. The owner is a most pleasant lady and so willing to do anything to make your stay enjoyable!! I hope to come back next year! :) Great family vacation spot!!!!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed this rental home! It was the first time we have ever stayed in a house when going to the beach. We are already planning to stay here again next year. The property owner was wonderful and such a sweet lady to work with. She stayed in communication and responded right back whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend her & her home. One thing to keep in mind this is someone else's home and Golf Cart. She is nice enough to let her visitors use it. Do not be the one to break the rules and get that taken away. The golf card is such a great perk.

Pleasent but not what I expected

The property is a bit dated and the photos are a little deceiving. It seems like its on a corner but actually sits behind a large home and it was difficult to find. Not sure about who cleans the place, whether a cleaning person or if its left to occupants. There was a long list of cleaning things to be done before check out. It was ok for me but some of my party were not satisfied. It needs freshening up and updating a little but its a cute cottage. The owner was nice and the campground was great.

Wonderful Stay

This will be our fifth year renting this cottage. I can't imagine finding a dwelling in better shape for the money. We always go in June and stay for a week. To us, it's like Heaven every time we go. We have gotten to know the owner over the years and she goes far beyond the average person to see that the cottage is in great shape. We have always found the cottage clean and well kept. We have never seen any sign of bugs or debris that needed cleaning. Each person that rents this cottage is required to see to it that the place is left totally clean. The property people check the cottage after the renters leave to see to it that it is in fact, "clean". I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone.

nice little place, but needs some tender loving care and updating. Paid for cleaning services, however, not sure how thorough of a job they do. Rugs, especially in bathrooms need washed! Clean baseboards and in and around toliet's and sinks. floors need a good cleaning. lady/owner very nice and easy to work with. I think someone needs to assist her and double check her cleaning person. great location, but small parking area.

Cockroaches and filth, lies and rudeness

At first glance the place was ok. Not what was represented in the photos but we could deal. We booked for a week and stayed 12 hours. When we woke up there were dead and alive cockroaches all over the floor. Also, after a closer look there were hairs on the dressers and on the counter top in the kitchen. Coffee grounds and filter left in coffee maker from prior guests. I texted Dorothy(owner) pictures and let her know how we were not happy with what we woke to. Her response was that we should go to the beach and she would have roach bombs put up inside and later that evening we would be safe to re-enter the house. I did not accept this and said I’ve got kids (one with a breathing disorder) and I don’t want them subjected to the chemicals in the air and on the couches and beds after the bombs went off. I told her I wanted a refund and would be looking for new accommodations. She left me a message saying that she would do anything I needed to make it right. I booked another house and she told me that I need to go on vrbo and cancel and that she would refund my money at that time. I tried to do so and vrbo told me they would not be refund but she would have to. Vrbo called her and she told them she would not refund because I had not cancelled outside of 30 days. She lied. She cheated. She stole. She put my family at risk and she’s a horrible person. She wanted me to cancel so that she could rent the place out again and still not return my money. This house should be condemned

Great Vacation Week!

Listing for property was spot on, unit was clean upon check in, Golf Cart was a fabulous bonus, Property Manager was very pleasant to work with and easy to contact. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay here. Unit is within walking distance to beach and water park which is nice with kids. Even though we had the golf cart, it was nice to be able to walk as well if you have stuff to haul on golf cart to beach, others can walk. We would definitely book this site again! Mrs. Dorothy was wonderful!

Not a friendly Motorcycle place

We’re here for BikeWeek Owner says plenty of parking. Our Bikes are outside at front gate Trailier’s 3/4 of a mile away Trucks at house and a 5 point turn to get it parked ( TIGHT ) House not cleaned sand on floor, TV Remote broke, Golf cart Fifthy Bad battery Wouldn’t take a charge Had to rent one Which we rode across the street to the store and when we return We are greeted with a $100 fine. Spare bath toilet loose and feels like you’re going through the floor. Icing on the cake was when we weren’t cleared at the front gate WTH NEVER WILL WE STAY THERE AGAIN Signed Ted Howard
