Woodsy Retreat

Driving in Pittsburgh is an experience! It was nice to come to this peaceful retreat after a day in the city. My small dog enjoyed her stay as well, even though stairs are difficult for her.

Great place with a few things to note

First and foremost, this was a great place to stay. It's secluded, even more so when the leaves grow out. There were many amenities provided. That said, there were a few notable things (which have been pointed out in previous reviews): 1) It's a tight drive within the neighborhood and a tight parking situation. Not unmanageable, but it took getting used to. 2) Clear instructions regarding the property were provided - it's one of those things that click when in person. 3) It's a second floor stay - not a problem in our instance. 4) The TV had a short in one of the speakers. Ended up getting a wired portable speaker from Goodwill because it was enough of a nuisance. 5) Not a lot of room for pets to roam outdoors - it got the job done. All these things are YMMV, but we - pets and humans - enjoyed our stay overall.

Overnight stay for Steelers game

Very clean, nice, well appointed apartment. Driveway was fairly treacherous and would be nearly impossible if snow was on it, but the attachments showing the driveway made it easier to find. Would definitely stay there again so long as no snow
