Extra safety precautions:
Between stays our cleaner will be sanitizing the house, paying extra attention to high touch areas (door knobs, keyless entry pad, remote controls, etc).

Maple View House underwent a major whole house renovation and addition. There is a large kitchen with a 10' island, and ample dining for everyone. Our house offers 5.5 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, 4 living rooms, 3 fireplaces, 4 flat screen TVs, and a huge game room with a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, boss toss, darts and a poker table, as well as a sauna and bar area. Our high speed wifi, walking treadmill, and a desk area are great for getting a little work done.

PLEASE NOTE: In the summer, we have a 3 night minimum. Check in/out days are Mon, Wed, Thur, or Fri.

This trip was a 10/10 from the host to the house to the location, everything was perfect. We had 10 adults and 8 children and there was plenty of space. We loved the huge kitchen/living room for all of us to gather and cook and eat together. The kids were always busy in the game room in the basement and so were the adults. There were so many different rooms that there was space for all to enjoy. Katie, the host was so kind and responsive and helpful. the location was perfect and close to skiing, skating and tubing and down town. Will 100 percent be back. Thank you so much

Our group included nine 76 year old buddies since grade school. The property offered each of us a private bedroom and plenty of bathrooms. The facility was clean, neat, and very well stocked from linen's to any kitchen item desirable. We loved it and hope to stay there again next year.

Fantastic property and location. Lots of room for 9 adults and 2 children to spread out. Game room got lots of use by all, the kids loved the air hockey. So very quite at night, even being on an alternate road around the Conway crawl. The host, Katie, was easy to reach and responsive to any questions. Great time had by all.

This property is just perfect for large groups. There is space for everyone to spread out but also tons of space for everyone to be together. The large porch outback is beautiful comfortable chairs. All of the beds were so comfortable. Everyone had something positive to say about it. The kitchen area is amazing. We gathered there every night. It’s so easy to get in touch with the owner. Our group of friends/family stayed here for MLK weekend. The house was perfect — great size and big enough where everyone felt they had their own space, and the open concept kitchen/living room was a great fit for our group! We are from the Boston area and have been visiting North Conway for many years for family vacations. We have a daughter, and travel with her often. She learned how to ski at Cranmore, as did I as a child.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for another large property in the area, and knew this would be perfect the moment we laid eyes on it. When we bought Maple View House there were only 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, but there was lots of potential. We built a large addition and completely remodeled the house a few years back. It is on a level one acre lot diagonally across from a B&B horse farm, just down the road from Echo Lake and North Conway village, so it is really convenient to all of the area activities.

What makes this property unique

Maple View House is an expansive home with loads of space and a huge kitchen in the great room. It is perfect for multiple families with children. The outdoor space is a flat acre of land with a large back deck, fire pit and picnic area. We completed a massive remodel project in 2013 which includes a 1,500 sq foot game room. With 4 living rooms in addition to the game room, 9 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, there is plenty of space to spread out!
