Noel is a hallmark movie type of town that has a lot of unique features. The river, with overhanging bluffs and natural beauty in the summer to the townspeople gathering to volunteer in working the post office in the winter due to the multitude of Christmas packages which want to be stamped "Noel". What a neat place!!
