LIVING ROOM

The living room has high ceilings, ceiling fans, two full-size sofas, a large loveseat, and a gas fireplace. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding mountains.

A 46-inch flat-screen TV includes YouTube TV for live television, news, sports, and entertainment. Guests may also sign in to their own Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Prime Video, and other streaming accounts.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

The home has three furnished bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The primary bedroom includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and electric blackout and security shades.

The primary bathroom is spacious and well lit, with a separate soaking garden tub, a large shower, a double vanity with two sinks, and tile flooring.

The second full bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination and is conveniently located between the second and third bedrooms.

KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home. It includes full-size appliances, a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

The kitchen island provides additional seating and separates the kitchen from the dining area. The dining table seats up to six guests and is surrounded by windows with electric blackout and security shades.

LAUNDRY

The laundry area is located near the garage in the mudroom walkway. A full-size washer and dryer, laundry detergent, fabric softener, an iron, and an ironing board are provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Double sliding doors open onto the large, covered backyard patio. With no home directly behind the property, the backyard looks out toward the Catalina Mountains and the surrounding Sonoran Desert.

The outdoor area includes a covered dining table and chairs, lounge chairs, a small fire pit, and a gas BBQ. Propane for the BBQ is not included in the booking fees.

The fully fenced yard provides plenty of outdoor space for approved pets. In the evening, relax outside and watch the mountains change color at sunset, enjoy the distant Tucson city lights, or spend time under the desert sky.

TRAILS AND DESERT SURROUNDINGS

Acres of hiking trails and a pet path begin approximately 100 feet from the home. Follow the trails through the surrounding Sonoran Desert, visit the nearby meditation circle, and look for local wildlife, including quail and other desert animals.

The convenient trail access makes it easy to enjoy a morning walk, take approved pets outside, or watch the sunset without having to drive anywhere.

Bluffs Peak is located in The Bluffs, a quiet and well-maintained residential community near Oro Valley. It is close to golf courses, restaurants, shopping, recreation, and other everyday amenities.
