A spacious non-smoking home with a beautiful well lit deck with a smoking area provided there a spacious kitchen with dishwasher microwave, garbage, disposal, coffee maker etc. Also has a work space,,This home is located in old town Ferguson two blocks away from Ferguson festival also 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to downtown St. Louis it’s 5 to 10 minutes away from all major highways.(270)/(170)/70 east an west..this home isnt a party club,,thats not allowed ! Nice peaceful place to relax ..this home is also safe an has video surveillance at the front,back and side entrances,,no inside cameras,it records video clips upon motion,no still pictures..this property isn’t allowed parties or loud music,,if this happens you will be asked to leave immediately! ONo one under 30 yr old can book..Adults please dont book for children/young teen adults to have parties or they will be asked to leave,,no party of any kind is allowed ,I welcome traveling workers as well,do monitor specious activity.when you book you may be asked to upload your identification ,,i want to keep this home safe is why i dont allow partie or children to book,I hope everyone can respect the rules.also only up to 4 cars can fit in the driveway an only 5 guest to sleep.

In town AirB&B

I stayed at this AirB&B for 4 days while I was getting work done in my house. The place was clean and it had everything we needed inside. It was very easy to get in touch with the owner doing the entire stay. I would definitely recommend this property because it comes with all the amenities you will need.

Concert Trip

We stayed at this house for a 2-day concert in St. Louis. The house was perfect for what we needed. It's a very cute house with fun gadgets. It was about 20 minutes from our venue and other places we visited.
