Panoramic Views - Beach Front With Private Beach!

The Seafarer is one of the few low rise condos in Destin. Directly on the beach, it has only 3 floors in the building. This 2 bedroom unit is located on the west corner for beautiful gulf sunset views from the balconies in the living room downstairs and a second beachfront balcony in the master bedroom upstairs. Sorry, no rentals to anyone under 25 years of age.

The beautiful 300 foot white sand beach of Destin is a few feet from your balcony and is accessed easily by using the stairs or elevator. The Track amusement park is just across the street. Big Kahuna's Water Park is only a few blocks and Destin's famous Back Porch restaurant is in walking distance. This is one of Destin's best locations for your family.

There are 2 king-size beds and a sleeper sofa. This condominium overlooks the pool and hot tub as well as the beach. This unit has just been refurbished with new paint and appliances, new beds and mattresses and the new granite kitchen counters and wet bar. BEACH SERVICE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE BUT AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGER'S OFFIC FROM MARCH 1 - OCT. 31. (Includes two chairs and umbrella - available for rent from Seafarer's private beach service.)

Keywords: Remodeled and direct on the beach. Beautiful west end corner unit in the heart of Destin. Walking distance to family fun parks, restaurants and shops. The best location!

Great Location!

My family had a great time during our vacation here in July. The condo was in a great location and we absolutely loved it. The complex isn't too big which is awesome. Chris was absolutely wonderful to work with. He called to go over things with us prior to our arrival and then checked on us to make sure we got in and everything was good. The internet didn't really work the entire week we were there and that was really our only problem. It was nice having the chair/umbrella service, but I would recommend going to the office on property when you get there and reserving your spot for the week. Thank you Chris for sharing your little bit of heaven with us. You are so kind and we appreciate your thoughtfulness! See you again soon.

Business/Pleasure Trip

I was in Destin for business and decided to extend the trip over the weekend and bring my wife. What a great location, the view and beach access was amazing. This is not a high-rise building, so parking and getting to the condo was a breeze. We will definitely book this condo again on our next trip to Destin!

Perfect getaway

Chris is an excellent host. He was very helpful and informative to ensure our stay was fantastic. We always had a perfect spot on the beach as dedicated beach chairs are setup every day for guests of the condominium. Location was perfect.

Another great vacation!

We have stayed in this condo for several summers and it never disappoints! It is very clean and the location is perfect. The beach was not crowded, which was great considering the pandemic situation. We will definitely be booking for next summer!!

Great Stay

First trip to Destin and it was fantastic! Check in was a breeze. Condo was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Umbrella and chairs set up and ready to go on the beach every morning. Plenty of restaurants close by and wait time was minimal. Can’t wait to go back!!

The condo was clean and so cute ! Two balconies!!! Quiet and beautiful views. Beach was not crowded and two chairs and umbrella free with room! Short walk to The Back Porch. Very nice. This is our second year there and this will be our go to place from now on. Wish the condos had a restroom nearer to the pool/beach but that’s the only negative. They are well cared for.

The property was great, only complaint was ice maker didn’t work good. The owner was the best I’ve ever dealt with! He was very informative! Now for the negative Resort Quest was terrible service could not get anyone on the phone local! They didn’t give us the gate code when they gave us the room code! They waited till 4:00 to send someone to inspect our unit which is check in time and there was no one in it night before, so they had all day to inspect!!! When I tried to call to get gate code to go to pool and beach I got put on eternal hold! Finally hung up and went to the office on site and she gave it to us. I would not use Resort Quest to manage my property!

The condo was very clean and spacious. Beautiful views from the balconies. The beach was just steps away and our umbrella was set up close by every morning. The location of the condo is very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. I can’t wait to come back!!!!

The view from the balcony was the best. There were 2 of them as this condo has an upstairs! The master bedroom is there and has it all. The first floor bedroom was good with its king size bed. The location was good too as the condo is right on the beach and one could walk to a restaurant close by.( Back Porch) We enjoyed our visit as the weather was perfect and the water was just like we liked it. One nice perk was the free beach chairs and umbrella. It was a nice week there. There were a few small things that could be fixed...... T

Best stay ever in Destin!!!!

I will always stay here moving forward!! Cannot say enough good things. Unit 201 was awesome and Chris (owner) went above and beyond to attend to us! This was so private and no loud beach people to contend with. The condo was clean and cute ! Loved having two balconies! The property was clean and well attended and we walked down to The Back Porch for dinner. Umbrella and two chairs included! Have never had a better experience in Destin.

No hassle, no worrying about parking, getting to restaurants, or a spot on the beach no matter what time of day. You can watch the sunset every evening and your spot on the beach is set up and ready before you even get out of bed. Private beach service sets up and removes your spot each day!

Why they chose this property

I wanted someplace direct on the beach so I can literally walk out the door and be there. I didn't want to have to ride a tram or trolley, walk through a lobby or across the street. This one of the few small complexes on the beach and it's all about the beach for me!

What makes this property unique

I love the beach front location. You can listen to the waves and watch the ocean and people all day. With private access code protected access to the beach the crowds are small and there's always room. The private complex pool and hot tub at beach level are great year round.
