Great place especially for Baton Rouge. Cute little cozy place which was perfect for our dog. Huge backyard for her to run around a play while we were out and about.

Truly a little gem box that was so cute and cozy. Check in was simple and the host was very helpful. I enjoyed the neighborhood and walking near the LSU lakes.

Great place near LSU

Great little property! Only downside is it’s a house turned into two rentals so you share the yard and can hear other guests next door- but great location

LSU Weekend

Very convenient to LSU and restaurants! The owners left easy instructions to their lovey loft which was very clean and had everything we needed! Will stay there again!

Loved the Loft!

We visited our daughter attending LSU. This loft was just right for our stay. It’s in a great neighborhood. Quiet and close to lake for walks. King bed was very comfy. Will definitely come back to the Loft.

Cute, clean, comfy

I stayed here for a week and enjoyed my time. I was gone for most of the day each day and the apartment was a nice place to come back to at the end of long days. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. I had a small issue with the smoke detector battery when I first checked in and the property manager was very responsive to my messages and fixing the issue. I would book a stay with these property managers again.

Kelsey was a very good communicator as soon as I confirmed my trip. The check-in and check-out instructions and all other property details were very helpful and clear. The loft is small but cozy, I'll call it rustic chic. The bathroom is particularly small and the shower is a bit difficult to navigate (e.g., very hard to shave your legs given the limited space). The bed is extremely comfortable. The only things that bothered me were the invasion of lady bugs and the loud neighbors that came in while I was staying there. Otherwise, this was a very affordable and nice and comfortable property.
