The Space:

This delightful 1-bedroom rental is perfectly situated across from the beach, offering you the ultimate seaside escape. The living area is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy space to unwind and plan your beach excursions. The living room contains a pull-out couch with two coordinating accent chairs, your choice of bistro or countertop style dining areas and a Smart TV. The bedroom is a serene retreat with a comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.



While the 2024 hurricane season was devastating, it also provided the opportunity for a floor to ceiling renovation of this vacation rental. This unit is how fully restored and better than ever, featuring all-new interior finishes, updated systems, modern amenities, and thoughtfully curated design details throughout.



All units are accessed via our lush, red brick tropical courtyard with seating areas for outdoor relaxing /dining and gas grills. Washer and dryer are available on site for no additional charge. Each unit is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and has access to our shared beach carts and fishing equipment. Property is equipped with an outdoor shower.

We really enjoyed our stay and this property is even better in person. The owners are kind, responsive and maintain the property beautifully. The location is great as it is a short walk to the beach and intracoastal waterway, 5 minutes either way. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to an array of restaurants and shops.

We LOVED staying here. It's a super-short walk to the beach or to the dock. The beach is just beautiful - we spent the first two nights at the Doubletree at North Redington Beach, which was great, but my boys could not get over how much prettier the water and the beaches were at Anna Maria Island. And Mark and his son were so sweet. We would definitely stay here again!

Free use of commercial grade Washer & Dryer. We supply beach towels, beach toys, beach cart, beach umbrella, even basic fishing gear. Our kitchen is stocked with things you would find back home like quality dishwasher, plates, utensils, spices, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, microwave, oven/range, full size refrig and freezer. Quality bedding and linens Our rental had a recent makeover featuring deluxe kitchen with solid cheery cabinets and granite tops. Makeover also includes a newly enclosed lanai with big sliding/screened one way privacy windows that overlooks the peaceful tropical courtyard. Truly making this rental "an amazing place to stay and return to again and again.

Thanks for mentioning how super clean our place is. We even clean things you can't see that other rentals skip. I.e., UV/HEPA air purifier eliminates germs in air. Bathing water filtered. All surfaces sanitized. Linens washed and dried using safe sanitizer at highest temps to eliminate germs. Glad you enjoyed our Beautiful courtyard as well as our most sought after location about a 50 second walk to beach on 1 side and 40 second walk to dock on the Bay. My husband and I visited for Wedding Anniversary and this place what exactly as advertised. Small enough just for the two of us. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors. This little cottage just a couple houses down from the beach had everything we needed to make a perfect girls getaway. Fantastic Stay

We had a great time staying at this lovely condo. It had everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday. Mark (owner) was very accommodating. He gave my wife Tracey a card and a bottle of wine for her birthday. A very nice surprise. The location is perfect for the beach and we loved sitting at the dock watching the world go by. Our home away from home

As always another wonderful vacation. From sunrise (100 steps to the bay) to sunset (150 steps to the Gulf) we would not stay anywhere else. Our unit was clean and comfortable as well as the surrounding well maintained grounds. This was our fourth trip and we feel like Island Getaway is our home away from home. An other awesome week!

This is our fifth stay at Island Getaway. We try to come twice a year. The owner Mark is phenomenal. We meet him each time we are there because he is always around to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with your stay. You are only 75 steps to the beach. A very short walk to restaurants and a short drive to supermarkets. If you like the beach and want to relax there is no better place than Island Getaway.
