My husband and I moved to this area about 8 years ago, from NY. We absolutely love it here and couldn't be happier. The weather is perfect. There is so much to do, from the best beaches in the country to incredible nearby towns, shopping and restaurants. The Warm Mineral Springs is a short drive from the property and is a must!
Why they chose this property
We love the privacy, the shady fenced in yard, the quiet relaxation this property has to offer. Yet its so close to everywhere we need to go
What makes this property unique
We love that this property is Not in an HOA community. We are surrounded by lovely, friendly neighbors. There is a new aquatic center a few minutes away with pools for every individual. Whether you wish to relax & read on a lounge chair, challenge the slide with the kiddies, or work out doing laps! This is included for our tenants
