Pleasant property. Good location. Quiet neighborhood.
Comfortable bed. Good amenities: kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, microwave, large screen tv, plenty of linens, A/C, and fans. Comfortable place to stay. Thank you.
This place was perfect, comfortable, cozy and in a great location. Close to restaurants and shops and of course the water, a 10 cruise out to the harbor!!!
Location was great, house was perfect for us and we had a blast.

We are happy that you had such a nice time. Through this pandemic it truly was nice to have you stay safely at our place... And now some of your family is staying with us. Thanks again...
Due to the hurricane Ian damage, Joe and his family and crew did an excellent job restoring the house. They went above and beyond working a lot of hours to get it ready for our stay. We look forward to going back.
Property was clean and spacious. Ad said two queen beds and one double with one bath. It had two baths a plus, and a king bed. Pictures showed Lani but hurricane removed it.over all it was very comfortable and worth the stay
Very open living concept. Nice drive to beaches and close to shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to Port Charlotte Beach to watch sunsets (1 mile). Joe is great and it was like being at home when you are not. Very relaxing. Great stay!
This is our second time staying here and it’s only become better. New updated appliances and bedrooms. The location for us is perfect as we love to travel up and down the gulf coast so this provides a home away from home for us. Joe has always been nothing but an amazing host I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place that has that home feeling. Looking forward to our next trip here already! If you’re thinking about booking don’t think, book it!!
We were blessed to find this beautiful home, Joe was very flexible and allowed us to stay another week. The sunsets were spectacular and the location was perfect we were close to Everything. But The neighborhood was so quite. Love!
I recently stayed at this property. It's beautiful and charming! Unfortunately at the end of our stay, we ran into some issues with the sanitary drainage, but the owner promptly arranged for a plumber to come the following business day.
All in all, it was a nice stay. Thank you for opening your home to us!
There are still a few things that still need to be completed after the storm. All and all it is a nice, clean and convenient for people with a boat. The dock has electric on it as well.

We are happy that you were comfortable and glad that you had all the comforts of home, in our home away from home. Our house is situated on an inter coastal waterway that is used for boats to navigate their way out to the Charlotte harbor bay where all the championship and troohy fishing is happenning. Rarely is a sport fish caught in the residential waterway. There are fish in the water nonetheless, if you have a boat to fish the shallows. The fish do not junp out of the water on to our dock. It just is very peaceful and serene to sit out back, on the dock, with a line in the water and the world left behind. Patience always pays off. Hopefully you will come back and go for the tarpon fishing around Boca Grande that attracts THE BEST FISHERMANfrom around the world to our area...
The property recently underwent repairs due to hurricane Ian. There were some minor issues but overall we enjoyed our stay. The open concept was nice between the living area and kitchen and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The property is in close proximatey to Port Charlotte beach, dog park and shopping. It was a nice quiet neighborhood.
The property was nice but is in desperate need of curtains in the main living area. It was difficult to see the tv during the day and then you felt like everyone was watching you at night.

Not ashamed of the standards at our home. I will respect your opinion and make sure to upgrade the privacy in the main living room. It makes sense. However, I'm just not sure that, that alone takes away 2 stars, from a comfortable, beautiful and safe rental space. We hope you will come back sometime. Most our guests do....!
We stayed nine days at this house. The house was clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms that were suitable.Good location - within 10-15 minutes or less of restaurants and shopping. Mostly quiet neighborhood. Short drive from Punta Gorda airport. Small galley kitchen area. One TV. No house guest book listing things to do, places to see, restaurants to try, comments from visitors, etc.Over all, the place was adequate for our needs.

Nice place but nasty floor
I enjoyed my time in Florida. My only complaint is the floor was disgusting. We had to wear socks or shoes the entire stay. If you walk around bare feet, your feet will turn black. It's like the floor has never been cleaned. I would find a new cleaning service if I were reading this as the property manager... thanks.

Thanks for the review. We are glad you enjoyed your time in Florida. My concern about your review is why I was never contacted about any issue directly and immediately. I, myself, would have been upset too, if this was the case, and I would have at least reported it directly to VRBO as a complaint to the quality and cleanliness of my home. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A COMPLAINT ON THE CLEANLINESS OF MY FLOORS, EVER. I have a hired cleaning team that takes care of the transition between guests and they do an excellent job. My floors are cleaned twice a year by a steaming company, over and above the normal cleaning between visits. This person asked for a refund and told me that they would have left a better review for me if I gave the refund. I am not going to be forced into a blackmail type of reviewing process because I don't need to buy a good review. Our home is quaint and it is loved by a lot of my return guests and family. .... Thanks for hearing the other side of the story.!
Then Ian came and destroyed the home after day 2 of being there. We lost a lot of personal items to the tune of $1,000+. The owner did reimburse our stay - thankfully!

My place was immaculate and very warm and comfortable before the natural occurrence, which is completely beyond anyone's control. How can this make it a 1 Star.??? I don't hold the switch to turn on a natural disaster that will destroy my home and turn the lives of half the State and those poor people's that LOST EVERYTHING they had ever had and ever worked for. Shame on You!

Hi.... My family loves travelling and hope that our destination, fun spot/home, will make you just as comfortable as we are when we stay and play on the Gulf Coast. We like fine things and comfort and ease so we have tried to build this in to our property as we have built it into a rental home.
