We (Allen and Stuart) live in Southern California and love to travel all over the world. We actually met in Puerto Vallarta during a vacation in 2003 so it's a very special place to us. We love sharing our homes there with our guests and have done all we can to make it feel like a 5 star resort that you'll want to come to over and over again. In face, we have guests who book years in advance to make sure they have their weeks available.
Why they chose this property
When we met in Puerto Vallarta in 2003, Allen was actually staying at a condo in La Palapa and we absolutely loved it. Every year we'd rent a condo in La Palapa until finally in 2011 we were able to purchase 703 and then a few years later 604 and recently 307. We love the building which has the absolute best beach location you could ask for. And, the neighborhood has the best restaurants and shopping in the area. We just love it!
What makes this property unique
We are very dedicated to having the highest quality amenities for our guests. We want our guests to feel like this is their home and that is has everything they need to just relax and enjoy. From a fully-stocked kitchen (complete with Margarita glasses) to the hairdryers in the bathrooms--we hope to provide you with a 5-star experience.
