This 3-4 bedroom with lower level walkout can accommodate 8 comfortably and includes a boat house with lounge area as well as stand-up paddle boards and a kayak to enjoy the lakefront experience. A perfect retreat for the family get together.

The home offers 75 feet of frontage on the amazingly clear south shore of big Green Lake. With three adult bedrooms (one king bed, two queens) and two sets of bunk beds (four beds) in the walk-out lower level, this comfortably sleeps 8. Each bedroom has its own beautiful design and the house was built for fun with a portfolio of indoor board games, foosball as well as an outdoor fire pit and oversized pier.

The house includes two newly designed bathrooms and mutliple eating areas both in the house and out.

As the name suggests, the property is located on a hill so there is a fairly steep driveway and/or stairs from the top of the hill to the house and then a sloped yard to the lake. This sloped yard is seen in a number of locations around the lake and enables both the great views as well as the feeling that you are truly away from the road and at your own hidden retreat when on site but may not be ideal for everyone - especially those that have trouble walking.
