We are delighted to offer our guests convenient options for docking their boats during their stay at our VRBO rental. You have two choices: you can dock your boat on the floating dock or on the side of the double dock. Both options provide secure and convenient spaces for your watercraft. For those who do have their own boat, there is a public boat launch located just 0.5 miles away on Beach Drive at Harry Dehaven Park. This makes it easy for you to bring your own boat and launch it nearby. If you prefer to rent boats, kayaks, or paddleboards, there are rental places on the lake that offer delivery services. They will bring the equipment directly to the property, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of exploring the lake at your leisure. We are located right in the middle of the lake making accessing all areas a breeze and with deep water access docking is no issue.

- Please note that while our home offers Starlink Wi-Fi Internet access the Living Room TV is a Roku Smart TV but the other two are not but do have Roku sticks so you can use your apps.

-The property features a private bar and lower storage area exclusively for the owners' use. While guests will not have access to the bar they still will have access to the outside of the granite bar top and bar chairs along with the large grill and granite countertops located at the grilling station.

- Guests are strictly prohibited from using or boarding any boats or Jet Skis on the property, except those provided by the owners specifically for guest use. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Violation of this policy, including attempting to use unauthorized boats or Jet Skis, may result in immediate eviction without refund. We take this policy seriously to maintain a secure and peaceful environment for all guests. Please respect this rule to avoid any inconvenience or disappointment. We do provide a paddle boat, two kayaks, floats and some life jackets if requested before check in.

- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in this rental property. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy and refrain from smoking or vaping inside the house or on the premises.
