About this property

Welcome to my spacious home where you can bring the whole family for fun! The 1st floor open concept offers a living room, dining room, 1/2 bath, and a den. There is a 5-burner gas stove and a coffee/tea station with a Keurig machine in the fully-stocked kitchen. The upper level includes 3 bedrooms, each offering a smart tv and 2 full bathrooms. The carpeted basement includes a 3/4 bathroom, washer/dryer, 2 dens- one with a futon and smart tv, and plenty of space for making great memories.
Other things to note
My home is located within a short drive to several local hospitals and universities. It is just a little over 1 mile from the beautiful Druid Hill Park and The Maryland Zoo and 1/2 mile from Coppin State University. Within a 10-minute drive you will find The Orioles Park at Camden Yards, The National Aquarium, The Baltimore Convention Center, The John Hopkins University, and several campuses and schools within the University of Maryland system.

Security: The home has a smart lock and keypad used for entry. The home has an outside front and backdoor camera that is motion activated. There are no indoor cameras.
