Admired Poipu beach house in a perfect location, now a vacation home!

Stay in this beautifully designed vintage Hawaiian style home 350 feet from the Brennecke's Beach side of Poipu Beach park, in the heart of Poipu. Spacious lanais and outdoor living gives everything Kauai has to offer, as well having your private gate leading to the Poipu green belt and heritage trail. All the Poipu resorts, as well as shopping and restaurants are just a stroll away, and you have full access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club as one of the perks of your stay with us. All bedrooms have TVs, A/C, and attached private baths, making it a great choice for couples traveling together. The living room has an 18 foot long folding glass door, opening the living space onto the lanai. Plan your perfect getaway with us! This home is new to the market, so check back as we continue to furnish and add more photos. This home will be available starting October 1, 2023

We have lived on Kauai for 35 years, as custom home designers and builders. We designed and built this house in 2011 to be the perfect beach home, and how we get to share it! We live 20 minutes away, so any mishap or problem can be taken care of in the blink on an eye.
