Home Centrally Located Near Old Mill Downtown

Why this property?

Bring your family and have an escape to Bend to enjoy a sweet vacation away. Located a few minutes from The Old Mill District and Downtown and only a half hour away from Mount Bachelor ski resort, there's plenty to see and do without having to spend much time in the car.

Our condo is a private and spacious 1400 sq ft for you and your family to relax and recuperate after a fun day in the sun or snow. The 75" 4K TV in the living room will entertain the whole family and the two bedrooms upstairs (with blackout curtains) offer you the ability to escape to some peace and quiet to catch up on any needed catnaps from the days' activities.

Our kitchen is well stocked so you can prep your meals if you wish and sit around the dining room table. There are two separate balconies for morning coffee or to chill out in the evenings. And depending on day, evenings might offer you the ability to sit back and listen to one of the summer concerts going on at Old Mill from the comfort of the balcony.

My home is pet friendly and would love to host your four legged sweethearts. Please understand that there is a $100 additional charge per stay added for a pet. Please understand that our cleaner charges extra when there is a pet involved for pet cleaning as it typically involves hair and potential bathroom accidents.

And of course, feel free to store your bikes, floaties, or snow gears in our garage.

Great place!

This place was great! Very clean, cute decor and the beds were comfortable! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. Host was friendly and had clear communication. We will definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Lovely place with a great location! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was so nice. It looks recently renovated and was super clean. Note that it is a very tall townhouse with lots of stairs, so you will have to lug luggage since bedrooms are at the top. Would stay again!

Fantastic Townhouse

We would absolutely rent here again.This townhouse was convenient to shopping, dining and breweries. It's very nicely updated, with comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. The bathtub was deep, which I loved, however, it may be difficult for elderly people to get in and out of.

Excellent Stay!

This is an excellent property. It is newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and very well stocked. It’s far more spacious than we anticipated! The location is walkable to the Old Mill District. Excellent communication with the host and extremely simple checkout procedures. We will definitely stay here again!!

Family Holiday Trip

First stay in Bend OR to visit with family. Loved the condo. It was clean and well provisioned. The kitchen had a nice selection of coffee and tea and basic items to make food prep easy. The neighborhood was quiet and near many activities. The owners were easy to communicate with and even arranged to return a few forgotten items!

Concert getaway

My friend and I stayed at this lovely condo while in town to see the lumineers, it is a short walk to the venue and we absolutely adored the space. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was just so nice and relaxing. The owner was also very sweet and left a very clear message on how to get to the property and everything we need.

Fantastic

Owner sent detailed check-in instructions the morning of arrival along with a few other details about the house that made arrival very easy. She was able to offer early check-in, provided coffee pods and responded to a question promptly. House was in a great location (walkable to Old Mill District) super neat and clean with comfy beds. Our family of four had everything we needed. Easy check-out with minimal housekeeping requirements were very much appreciated. Will plan a stay here again and enthusiastically recommend it anyone looking for a nice place to stay while in Bend.

This was not an issue for us since we mostly ate out, but there were no kitchen knives. We enjoyed the clean, well-stocked home.
