With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the ocean views. All furnishings in the unit are new and tastefully selected. The main living area is equipped with a sofa, a love set, a chair, and a Smart TV with online streaming options through YouTube TV.
The kitchen has all the essentials including a dual coffee maker (drip and pod), toaster, blender, cookware, knife set, etc.
The master bedroom boasts ocean views, a King-sized bed, a TV, access to the private balcony, and a renovated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom includes two Full-size beds, a Smart TV, a dresser, and a closet. The second bathroom is also renovated with a shower/tub combo.
Take advantage of the beach and pool right outside your back patio or enjoy Fernandina Beach Historic District just a short drive away. Whether you want to relax on the beach, explore the nearby nature trails, or simply spend some quality time with your family, Amelia South F1 Condo has it all.
Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags and a sponge.)
