The Lily Pad provides a peaceful, luxurious escape nestled in the amenity-rich Palisade Legends community! Enjoy your own private courtyard with views from every room in the house. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living space and a bright open kitchen area, this home is perfect for your family or small group of friends to relax and soak in the Colorado sun! Sorry, no pets allowed.

This home is the perfect basecamp for all your western Colorado adventures! As part of the Palisades Legends community, The Lily Pad is located close to the Fruit and Wine byway, the Palisade Plunge mountain bike trail, Downtown Palisade and so much more! Come home from a day of adventuring and enjoy a dip in the community pool (open mid-May to mid-September) then retreat to a private back yard with an electric BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and dining area. While you're here, enjoy the views of Mt. Garfield while walking our community trails. We even have private bike storage within your private carport to keep your toys safe and ready for action!

Excellent Place to Stay

My family absolutely loved the place! It was clean and decorated so cute. Location was perfect…close to the Colorado National Monument and Grand Mesa. We also hung out at the pool one afternoon and met some really nice people…had a great time. We’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful Stay in a Wonderful Place

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lily Pad. Large, spacious, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The location is also wonderfully quiet and peaceful and was a nice 'home away from home' for us. We only wish we had better weather so as to have been able to enjoy the outdoor patio a bit more. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house

Great spot minutes from Palisade and Grand Junction. House was extremely clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and a great patio. Check in and check out were a piece of cake, 10/10 would rent again.

Loved the Lily Pad

Every part of our stay was fabulous. I only wish that we could have stayed longer and found this rental sooner. We come to Grand Junction regularly for Colorado Mesa events and will be back!

Nice stay!

We had a great time at the Lily Pad. It was very clean, and everything was very nice. The location is a little away from town, but we rode to the trails so did not need to drive much. We will go back if you plan to stay in that area again. Thanks!

Cozy & Comfortable

Our family of 4 recently stayed for a quick weekend trip to Palisade. This house was a short trip away and just big enough for our family. My only if I had one thing I wished could have been better, it was not having a pullout couch. I was happy there was a mattress provided to put in the couch, but it was still a bit cramped for a teenage boy. That aside, the house was well equipped and comfortable!
