Nice cozy house looking over Grand Junction close to everything, our stay was great sitting outside on the patio watching the birds in morning was so beautiful will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay at Adam’s cottage. The house is so calm and nice with all the things you need , beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. You can hear the birds singing and watch them from the backyard and you have also a panoramic view.It is the perfect location to visit Colorado National monument and Black Canyon of Gunnison.

I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the property then went inside. This property is a really nice place. Will definitely request to stay sharing and will definitely refer friends and family to stay there as well.

Very nice, clean and quiet place. Nice view of the sunrise over the mountains. Adam made sure to let me know that if we needed anything to let him know. Absolutely beautiful place and I could tell he takes pride in his home. Really enjoyed our visit.

This home was the most wonderful accommodation I have ever stayed in! All the amenities are incredible, the TV and Sonos are fantastic in the evening and the views are magnificent! It's also only 10 minutes from almost anywhere you would want to go!

Adam’s place could not have been a better place to spend a week in Grand Junction. It was spotless, the furnishings are high quality and new, and the kitchen is better equipped than any other place we’ve stayed in. We cooked several dinners while there and had everything thing we needed. The outdoor space is also awesome, including a patio that is shaded later in the day. Last but not least, Adam was very responsive and helpful.

This is one of the best and most beautiful VRBO properties we have ever stayed in! Easy check in and check out, great communication from the owners, and close to hiking, biking, groceries, and restaurants. More than anything, I loved the clean and calm ascetic of the cottage and the beautiful native plant meadow behind the house. We spent our mornings and evenings on the back patio enjoying the views and wildlife.

One of my favorite stays ever. It’s so cute and clean, and the location with the yard and views are fabulous. Super easy to get to town or the national monument park or the hwy. I’d live here for a while. Met the owner and he’s also great. Parking; kitchen is stocked with the necessities to prepare meals (plus a few essentials); water is warm; oh and the lighting and art in the yard are all perfect.

The house is so cute and quiet! It's nestled back on the edge of property that overlooks the city and the mesa. Stunning views! The host was communicative and helpful and the updated apliances and accomodations were a nice touch. I'll definately be back!

This cottage on the Redlands is absolute perfection, in every way!! I loved the property so much - I would live there if I could! The host was kind, helpful, and communicative from the get go, and all instructions were easy to follow. The house itself is even better/cuter than the pictures and description - and those are fantastic to begin with. The property is immaculate, well-appointed, tastefully decorated, comfortable - just perfect! Being from GJ, this is actually the first time I've ever gone "home" and not stayed at "home," and this cottage will now be my permanent residence whenever I do visit. I traveled by myself this time, but my family of 4 (two teen boys) will fit easily, and I can't wait to show it to them. My favorite parts of my stay the 3 mini split ACs (a must for July), the fantastic coffee pot, and the VIEW!!!! Just WOW! I sat on the back patio morning and night taking in the view, the wildlife (birds galore - great horned owls, osprey, blue birds, quail, etc), the sunsets. I can't say it enough - this place is perfect, and you will LOVE it!!

It was very clean! Had a view of the city which was neat! Host was very nice and helpful. The shampoo and body wash and other things they had supplied were organic which was wonderful for us as we also shop that way. Would definitely stay here again! If you stay here you will not be disappointed
