Spacious Beachy Bungalo One Block From the Ocean

*Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a pop-up couch. Including a kitchen with bar area, dining room with a large table, and large back deck with plenty of seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel with modern amenities. The kitchen has a stove top with an oven, dishwasher, air fryer, drip coffee maker and Keurig. The home is one block from the ocean, and beach access on both sides of the block. A grill and supplies are provided for your grilling pleasure. Outdoor shower, linens, bath and beach towels are provided. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side, so please keep that long stretch clear.
