Peaceful Family Retreat | Clean | Modern | 4 Bed
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home offers plenty of space and convience for 10 guests.
Peacefully located in a sought after neighborhood with miles of dirt trails for bikes, runs, or walks. The neighborhood offers 4 playgrounds, all within walking distance. Home has direct access to trails and sidewalks.
This home is located 15 minutes away from Colorado Springs Airport, Peterson Space Force Base, and Fort Carson.
The space
All bedrooms are fully furnished and include memory foam mattresses, breathable microfiber sheets, and black out shades. Beds include 2 king's, 1 queen, and 1 full. We have a queen sized air mattress if needed. Also, there is a pack-n-play if needed. 3 bedrooms have 40" tvs with Netflix and Disney included. Both living rooms are equipped with tvs as well!
Guest access
The entire house is accessible to guests with the exception of the storage closet. This area is for the cleaners.
Other things to note
The house is located in a perfect location to visit all of Colorado Springs, but to also have a quiet evening on the patio.
